These terms govern use of argentinasourceandbrokerage.com. By using the site you agree to them. They do not replace a signed sourcing mandate, NCNDA, fee-protection, or other contract.

Who we are

Argentina Source & Brokerage LLC is an intermediary physical-commodity broker and sourcer. We are not a producer, mill, mine, or offtaker. We do not take title to cargo unless a separate written contract says otherwise.

No offer, no guarantee

Website copy, prices, mandate cards, and commodity descriptions are general information. They are not an offer, quotation, or commitment to supply. Availability, specification, volume, price, and timeline are confirmed only in writing after we review your brief. We may decline work we cannot reasonably deliver.

Engagements

No client relationship exists until we accept an engagement in writing. Fees published on the site are indicative. Work starts after paper (as applicable: sourcing mandate, NCNDA, irrevocable fee-protection / IMFPA, and any escrow instructions).

Third parties

Producers, inspectors, laboratories, carriers, terminals, banks, and other vendors are independent. Except as a signed mandate states, we are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, quality, or documents.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and graphics belong to ASB or their licensors. You may not copy them for a competing service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our liability for website use is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us for website-related services (usually none).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that a signed commercial contract may name a different law and forum.
